1. Company Information
Bluebeep LLC is a Wyoming-based limited liability company operating a structured social communication platform.
2. Nature of Service
Bluebeep is a software platform that enables users to create accounts, share content, and interact within a structured digital environment. The product is currently in MVP development and preparing for beta launch.
3. No Financial Services
Bluebeep is not a bank, money transmitter, or financial institution. Bluebeep does not hold customer funds. All payment processing, when applicable, is handled by regulated third-party providers.
4. Payment Processing
Payments, when activated, are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Bluebeep does not store or process payment card information directly.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, intellectual property violations, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
6. Account Suspension
Bluebeep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as-is' basis and Bluebeep disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
9. Content Policy & Moderation
Bluebeep is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. Users are prohibited from posting, sharing, or monetizing content that includes:
- Adult or sexually explicit content, including nudity or explicit acts
- Illegal activities or content that promotes unlawful behavior
- Copyrighted or intellectual property-infringing content
- Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence or discrimination
- Misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Content that violates others' privacy, including unauthorized sharing of personal information (doxxing) or non-consensual media
Bluebeep reserves the right to:
- remove any content that violates these rules
- suspend or terminate user accounts
- disable monetization for non-compliant content
We actively monitor content through a combination of automated systems and user reporting tools to ensure compliance.
